KAKO FUNKCIONIŠE 'OFF-GRID' KUĆA
The Cabin operates autonomously, without connection to urban utilities:
- Electricity is generated by solar panels; the surplus is stored in batteries and used during the night.
- Heat is provided by a wood-burning stove. The cabin is well-insulated: in rainy autumn and spring days, one load of firewood in the morning is enough, while in snowy winter days, one load in the morning and one in the evening keeps the cabin warm and cozy.
- Hot water is supplied by an energy-efficient electric boiler, which only needs to be switched on once a day during active sunlight hours.
- Meals can be prepared on a gas stove or the wood-burning stove.
- Water comes from a mountain spring into a 1000-liter reservoir and is then supplied to the cabin. Excess water flows into nearby forest ponds, playing an important role in supporting the area’s biodiversity.
- Only certified biodegradable cleaning and hygiene products are used. After use, the water goes through a two-stage ecological purification system and safely returns to the soil.
At the same time, guests do not have to give up their usual level of comfort: the Cabin is equipped with Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a modern kitchen, a king-size bed and two additional heated sleeping places, a bathroom with hot shower, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
We invite our guests to live in a natural rhythm: wake up with the sun, explore the surroundings during the day, and rest as darkness falls.

Boravak u Eko raju ima minimalan ugljenični otisak, jer 95% energije dolazi iz obnovljivih izvora.
Ne zagađujemo izvore vode, jer koristimo isključivo biorazgradiva sredstva za čišćenje.
Koristimo prirodne materijale poput kamena i drveta, bez betona i metala, pa prostor ostaje gotovo nepromenjen nakon radova.
Podstičemo goste da aktivno doprinose očuvanju i unapređenju prirodnog okruženja.
Učešćem u humanitarnim večerama gosti podržavaju našu misiju suživota sa divljom prirodom. Zahvaljujući donacijama, nedavno smo izgradili mali ribnjak koji predstavlja stanište za daždevnjake. Pridružite nam se u očuvanju biodiverziteta i stvaranju iskustava koja povezuju ljude sa prirodom.
